Educate yourself about Apert Syndrome! It is unlikely that you will ever encounter another individual with Poppy’s syndrome – but being knowledgable about it means so much to me and my little family. The more people who know about it – the less scary it will become.

Set up a fundraiser!! Fundraisers are great, fun ways to help support Poppy and spread awareness – but they are also a LOT of work for just me to put together while managing everything else. If you have an idea – big or small – let’s work together and make it happen!
